Over the past decade, we have worked with Brock Built on various branding and marketing projects, from creative design to web development and strategic services. One of Atlanta’s premier builders of new construction custom homes, Brock Built has communities in metro Atlanta, Marietta, Woodstock, and Norcross. As our client spotlight of the month, we want to share some of the strategic projects that we have delivered for them.
The Construction Management System our developers created for Brock Built allows them to track and manage the building of each individual homesite within their neighborhoods from start to finish. This centralized database enables Brock Built to streamline their internal processes, including:
When we began the Brock Built website redesign, we focused our efforts on the overall user experience. The updated media-rich design consists of photos, videos, and 3D virtual tours that give homebuyers an inside view of Brock Built communities. Our developers also built custom inventory feeds that are used to pull current home listings into the website and then format the listings into individual pages.
Over the years, we have provided ongoing photography services to capture photographs of Brock Built homes, communities, and events. The photographs are used in marketing materials, their website, blog posts, social media, and various other platforms.
Brock Built’s Westside Station community had its Grand Opening in March of 2017. To prepare for the event, our designers developed a cohesive design for marketing collateral and sales center on-site.
